Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund. You will first need to request a return by contacting us at contact@plain-form.com within 14 days after receiving your item. Please attach a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with labels attached, and in its original packaging.

If the return is accepted, we will get back to you with instructions on how and where to send your the item back. Please do not send any item back before first requesting it per mail, as it will not be accepted.

If the item was received damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will add the cost of the return shipping to your refund. In any other case, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your package to process your refund. Refund may then take time to arrive, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you wish to exchange a received item, the easiest way is to go through our standard return process and simply order a new item separately.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from Lyon, France. Orders will be processed within one to five business days from the time it has been placed, and shipped once a week. We will send you a confirmation per email when your order is on the way.

We use standard postal service. All shipping costs are in Euro and calculated during checkout, based on the total weight of your order as well as the destination’s shipping zone (France, Europe, World).

We are not responsible for any shipping delay but will do our best to keep you updated if those occur. If you need a faster delivery or haven’t received your order within 30 days, please get in touch with us at contact@plain-form.com
